Kanye removes apology to Taylor Swift from blog

zzzzzzzzzzz

For a minute last night, it seemed like Kanye West had come to his senses when he expressed remorse for his incredible rudeness to teenage country star Taylor Swift at the VMAs.

But much like Kanye’s manners, it was gone all too soon.

After jumping on stage to snatch the microphone from Swift as she accepted her award for best female video at the MTV show, West charged that Beyonce deserved to win instead.

The controversial rapper was then forced to leave the awards show and retreat to somewhere in rude rapper oblivion.

There, he took to his blog to say he was “sooooo sorry to Taylor Swift and her fans and her mom,” admitting that he was “in the wrong for going on stage and taking away from her moment.”

Rodney King Beats Cop (Boxing Match)

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Rodney King won this round against cops unanimously.

The 44-year old whose beating at the hands of white LAPD officers who were later acquitted sparked deadly race riots in Los Angeles nearly two decades ago was the unanimous winner in a celebrity boxing match outside of Philadelphia.

“This is a new chapter in my life,” King said after the fight, according to a statement. “I am sober, fit and now a winner.”

King took on ex-cop Simon “The Renegade” Aouad, 31, at the Philadelphia Airport Ramada Inn in three rounds and drew a crowd of about 500 fans, according to the New York Post.

The 6-foot, 215-pound tattooed Aouad, who worked as an officer outside of Philly, came to the fight with a 36-0 record and 34 knock outs. The 6-foot-4, 250-pound King trained for the fight by sparring, hitting bags and jumping rope, according to the Post.

“I know some people will see the irony here. … But I would have fought anyone who was worthy,” King said before the fight. “I take this very seriously. Never felt better, physically and in the mind.”

The three-round match was sponsored by Celebrity Boxing.
